YUNITOMO Electrical Cable:

1. BCC

Material: Bare Cooper Conductor. This cable is a concentric lay-stranded bare conductor consisting of copper wires available in both single layer and multi-layer constructions. It is used for earthing or grounding.

2. ACC

Material: All Alumunium conductor. This all alumunium conductor cable is a concentric lay-stranded bare conductor consisting of alumunium wires available in both single layer and multi layer constructions.

3. AAAC

Material: All Allumunium Alloy Conductor. This all aluminum alloy conductor cable is a concentric lay-stranded bare conductor consisting of aluminum alloy wires available in booth single layer and multi-layer constructions. AAAC conductors provide higher corrosion resistance than ACSR conductors.

4. ACSR

material: Aluminium conductor, steel wire galvanished. This cable is a concentric lay-stranded conductor consisting of a stranded steel central core with one or more layers of stranded aluminium wires. ACSR conductors provide dependable performance for many years under adverse weather conditions.

5. NYAF

Material: Bunched and annealed wire copper, Conductor PVC insulated. This flexible cable is recomended for use in installation in dry areas where there are sharp curves. Not permitted for outdoor use. For nominal area of conductor lesser than 1.5 mm2 only been permited to be installed in mechanical tools and distribution boards and cannot be used for fixed installation.

6. NYMHY

Material: Bunched and annealed wirecopper, conductor PVCinsulated, PVC sheathed. This cable is suitable for flexible connection and control cable for heavy mechanical stresses with free movement without tensile stress in a dry  location. If it is used for supplying power for tools that produce heat (Iron, Heater, etc)then the temperature on the connection point must not over 85C.

7. NYYHY

Material: Bunched and annealed wire copper, conductor PVC insulated, PVC sheathed. This cable suitable for flexible connection and control cable for heavy mechanical stresses with free movement without tensile stress in a dry location. If it is used for supplying power for tools that temperature on the connection point must not over 85C.

8. NYA

Material: Annealed copper wire conductor, PVC insulated. This cable is suitable for use in fixed installation in dry areas, switch and distribution boards.Not permitted for outdoor use.

9. NYM

Material: Annealed copper conductor PVC, insulated, PVC sheathed. This cable is suitable for use in, on and under the plaster, in dry,wet and damp rooms, as well as in brickwork or concrete, with the exeption of direct layingof shaked, vibrated or compressed concrete. Not permitted for outdoor use.

10. NYY

Material: Annealed copper conductor PVC, insulated, PVC sheathed. This cable is suitable for use in fixed installations for power supply for indoor or outdoor, in dry or humid weather condition. If it is used as underground  cable then additional protection such as duct or PVC pipe is needed.

11. NYFGbY /NYRGbY

Material: Annealed copper conductor, flat steel wire galvanized, steel tape, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed. This cable is suitable for use in fixed installations in underground, indoor and in the open where mechanical protection is required or for higher tensile stresses during installation and operation. There is an armour of galvenized flat steel wires between inner covering and outer sheath against mechanical stresses.

12. NYBY

Material: Annealed copper conductor, PVC insulated, steel tape. This cable is suitable for use in fixed installations in underground, indoor and in the open where mechanical protection is required during installation and operation.  There is a steel tape covering mechanical stresses.

13. NYSY

Material: Annealed copper conductor, PVC insulated, copper tape screened, PVC sheated. This cable is for installation indoors in confinned spaces and cable channels, because of small bending radius. As burried cable, becaue of its light weight prefered in where installation is difficult.

14. NYCY

Material: Annealed copper conductor, PVC insulated, copper consentris, screened, PVC sheathed. This cable is equipped with concentric screen for aerthing and suitable for use in fixed installations for power supply for indoor or outdoor, in dry or humid weather condition. If it is used as underground cable for street lightning then additional protection such as duct or PVC pipe is needed.

15. YSLY

Material: Bunched fine wire copper conductor, pvc insulate, PVC sheathed. This flexible multi-core control cable is suitable for use in permanent or impermanent installation in industrial environment as electrical connection of component of production machines and machine tools under low mechanical strees with free movement without any tensile stress, loads or forced movements in dry, damp or wet conditions. not permitted for outdoor use.

16. LiYCY

Material: Bunched and Annealed wire copper conductor, PVC insulated, polyester tape, Braided Tin-Coated copper wire electrical screen, PVC sheathed. This flexibla cable is suitable for use in permanent or impermanent installation in industrial environments as junction or connection cables in control, measuring and signalling technology as well as in data processing under low mechanical streess with free movement without any tensile stress, loads or forced movements in dry, damp or wet conditions.

17. NAYY

Material: All aluminium conductor, PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed. This cable is suitable for use in fixed installations for power supply for indoor or outdoor, in dry or humid weather condition. If it is used as underground cable then additional protection such as duct or PVC pipe is needed.

18. NAYFGbY / NAYRGbY

Material: All Aluminium conductor, flat steel, wire galvanized steel tape, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed. This cable is suitable for use in fixed installations in underground, indoor and in the open where mechanical protection is required or for higher tensile stresses during installation and operation. PT. CENTRAL WIRE INDUSTRIAL was founded in 2003, formed with new management to replace PT. SINAR MERBABU known as a cable manufacturer with brands YAMANAKA.
